		<description>In the case that I didn't state it explicitly in my post or at least clearly imply it, where you go to medical school is not the most important factor in determining the quality of residency you get into.  A lot of other things like GRADES or BOARD SCORES or RECOMMENDATION LETTERS or PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS matter more.  But, where you go to medical school also plays into the equation too--that's all I was trying to convey.</description>
