		<description>this is juuuust a thought, but if you did cry, don't you think the nurses would be SOO much nicer to you all the time?  because who wants to see an intern cry?  and nice nurses always make the lives of interns and students soo much easier.</description>

		<description>There was this one nurse who paged frequently, wanting us (ex) interns to treat pain.  Apparently, she used to wake the patients in her ward with "Does your wound hurt?" and she never took no for an answer.</description>
