		<description>Just a curiosity from a fellow MudPhudder (G1): how did the clinical transition go when you started up year 3 again?  I felt like it was kinda a mindf*ck to go from big picture back down to nanoscale detail, I'm dreading going through the reverse.  Was it really bad competing against kids who just went through Boards studying?  Did you have to do a mock Boards-studying to get back up to speed?</description>
