reader appreciation

So I’ve been at the blogging thing now for almost 3 months and I can’t believe it, but people have actually been reading my blog. In particular, I have noticed a group of readers who check in on a regular basis to see what’s going down on mudphudder.com. Maybe like 5 people, 4 of whom are probably my family members who want to know what I really think. But, I think there are at least a few regular readers who are not my mom.

To these regulars, I say thank you in a new series on mudphudder.com called “reader appreciation.” Moreover I have decided to honor these readers one-by-one, through haiku.

Appropriately, my first attempt at haiku is dedicated to the first reader I noticed coming back regularly:

you are Holden, Mass.
every day you check my blog
Whilst it snows outside…

To flatter you further, I only follow two blogs. The other one I read because I am convinced that it is secretly written by my sister.
